Test Automation Engineer QA Lead, WARSZAWA

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Test Automation Engineer, QA Lead, or Test Lead in complex programmes
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation using Robot Framework
• Experience in defining test strategies, test plans, and test frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across business and technical teams
• Ability to manage testing activities across multiple teams and workstreams in parallel
• Experience with test tracking, reporting, defect management, and quality metrics
• Good understanding of functional and non-functional testing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with project, technical, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of VMware environments
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other public cloud platforms
