Test Lead

• Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, or Java).
• Experience with AI-driven testing tools and modern automation practices.
• Previous experience leading QA teams or driving QA automation transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to mentor engineers and promote software engineering best practices within QA.
