Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate QA teams across multiple squads
- Monitor testing progress during sprints and report status and risks
- Define and implement test strategy and improve QA processes
- Support and expand test automation initiatives
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, debugging, and defect analysis
- Collaborate closely with developers on issue investigation and resolution
- Mentor testers and stabilize distributed QA team operations
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and improve automation coverage
