Transition Manager

Required Qualifications

• Shared Services Expertise: Strong track record as a Transition or Migration Manager within SSC, GBS, or BPO organizations.
• Migration Delivery: Proven ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end process transfers and operational transitions.
• Greenfield Exposure: Prior involvement in new center setups, operational launches, or greenfield transformations.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Excellent organizational capabilities with a knack for navigating fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both Polish and English (German language skills are a strong plus).

Desirable Background (Nice to Have)

• Hands-on experience navigating Polish government grant or funding application processes.
• Previous exposure to corporate entity incorporation and local administrative setup.
• Advisory background in management consulting, corporate restructuring, or business transformation.

We are looking for a hands-on Transition Manager to drive the end-to-end setup and launch of a brand-new Shared Service Center (SSC). In this role, you will lead the operational build-up of the local entity while steering process migrations and knowledge transfer initiatives.
