- 5+ years of proven experience as a UX Researcher (end-to-end research projects).
- Strong expertise in qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, contextual inquiries, diary studies, usability testing).
- Experience with quantitative methods (surveys, analytics, large-scale data synthesis) is a plus.
- Ability to independently plan and manage the full research lifecycle — from scoping, planning, and recruitment to reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in synthesizing findings into actionable insights and presenting them to multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven contribution of research findings to strategic product decisions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills — able to tell compelling stories with data.
- Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum setups and working within cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Nice to have:
- Previous experience conducting research in complex, technical, or cybersecurity domains.
- Familiarity with Figma / Adobe XD or other design tools (for collaboration, not design execution).
- Foundational knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design approaches.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS or React frameworks to better collaborate with development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in UX, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, or related discipline.
