Workday Bootcamp 24–25 Sept Junior Functional Consultant Tirana, TIRANA

We're looking for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in ERP consulting and HR Technology.
  • Bachelor's degree (or final year of studies) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Interest in Workday, ERP systems, and consulting
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
If you have up to 2 years of experience, it's an advantage if you've worked with:
  • Customer service, ticketing, or support environments
  • Project coordination or project management support
  • Business analysis or requirements gathering
  • ERP systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
  • AMS, IT support, or system implementation projects
