We're building a new Workday team within our Delivery Center in Albania and are looking for a people-focused leader to support and develop our newly recruited team members.
As the Workday Delivery Center Team Lead, you'll act as the team's formal supervisor and local go-to person, helping colleagues grow their careers in Workday and HR technology consulting.
This role combines people leadership and client delivery.
While leading the local team, you'll also contribute to client-facing work across Workday Operate/AMS, Service Management, Project Management, or PMO.
