Falck Digital Technology Poland Sp. z o.o. Warszawa 2026-10-30

  • Around 3–5 years
of relevant experience in workplace, infrastructure or solution architecture
    roles.

  • Experience
contributing to the design of enterprise workplace solutions, ideally in larger
    or international environments.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing
solutions such as the following areas. You don’t need to tick every box. Strong
experience in some of these areas and the drive to learn the rest is enough:
- Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
- Windows Autopilot and Windows 11 lifecycle management.
- Microsoft Entra
ID, Conditional Access and password-less authentication.

- Microsoft
Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security controls.

- Microsoft 365,
Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

- Azure Virtual
Desktop, Windows 365 or similar desktop virtualization platforms.

- Application
packaging, software distribution and application lifecycle management.

- Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS or macOS management.

  • Experience creating solution documentation such
as high-level designs, low-level designs, technical standards, decision records
    and migration plans.
  • Ability to move from requirements to detailed
    technical design and implementation guidance.
  • A practical,
hands-on approach: you enjoy getting into the technical detail and testing and
validating designs in lab or pilot environments.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain
technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Although you will work with the Polish team on a daily
basis, we are a mixed international team, so you need to be proficient in
    English, both written and spoken.
