Responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of the recruitment process, including:
* gathering requirements from the Hiring Manager or other person responsible for the process on the Client side
* active search for suitable candidates (our database has nearly 60,000 CVs + LinkedIn + other sources)
* contacting candidates
* competency screening
* creating candidate reports
* collecting feedback from the Client and the Candidate
* providing feedback to both parties
* actively managing the recruitment process
* providing support to less experienced colleagues
