Technical Account Manager New Products, REMOTE

Our requirements:


  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript (or Python);

  • Experience with Google Chrome’s debugging console;

  • Solid understanding of Excel (Lookup/Pivot table, standard formulas);

  • Experience in e-commerce or digital advertising (e.g., programmatic, AdTech, AdOps) is nice to have;

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer / Branch is a big plus;

  • Great communication skills;

  • Advanced English language skills.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will draw on your consultative problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to assist our clients and lead successful integrations of their e-commerce websites and mobile applications with RTB House. Additionally, you will support daily campaign optimization to ensure all client performance marketing goals are achieved. As a member of the New Products team, you will help implement new features and ideas in the APAC market. 


Digital advertising or e-commerce background is a big plus. In addition, since we work in a collaborative environment and are in regular contact with various business and client teams, you need to be a great communicator ready to explain complex information to non-technical audiences.

However, we will provide you with a mentor to support and guide you during your first weeks with us.
