- Commercial hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Previous experience delivering automation solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or similar
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs
- Understanding of conversational AI and Generative AI concepts
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or Dynamics 365 ecosystems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Fluent English - C1
Nice to have
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI
- Experience with Power Apps

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build and implement AI-powered automation solutions. Depending on your experience level (Regular, Senior or Lead), you will contribute to solution delivery, technical leadership and customer engagement while helping organizations automate business processes using AI.
