AI Section Lead Automation & Innovation Department

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Psychology or related field
• Experience delivering complex AI and automation initiatives
• Proven people management, and talent development experience
• Strong understanding of AI, automation and modern software engineering practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Engineers and business stakeholders
• Experience managing team capacity, priorities and delivery risks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of cloud-based AI platforms and software delivery environments

The AI Section Lead is responsible for the effective performance, growth, and delivery excellence of the AI Section. The role ensures that teams, capabilities, and processes are aligned to successfully execute the strategy defined by Unit leadership. Acting as the organizational leader of the section, the AI Section Lead develops people, strengthens capabilities, and creates the conditions for high-performing teams. Working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Scrum Masters, the role promotes collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and sustainable delivery across the organization.
