* analysis of post-sales processes for mortgage loans
* gathering and refining business requirements
* process modeling BPMN and/or UML
* preparation of analytical documentation (BRD / user stories)
* collaboration with business, IT, and operational teams of the bank
* supporting the development team in interpreting requirements
* participation in testing and verification of implemented changes
