Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Agile IT Business Analyst to join a global Technology team supporting Payments and Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM). The role focuses on analysing, refining and translating business requirements into effective, scalable IT solutions aligned with global architecture standards.
The successful candidate will work largely independently across the full project lifecycle, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment, while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the most appropriate analysis approach to address business problems and opportunities
- Analyse and design IT solutions in close collaboration with Payments Operations, Core Banking, architects and other delivery streams
- Quickly gain a strong understanding of business requirements through regular interaction with Product Owners, business users and subject matter experts
- Translate business and system requirements into solution designs and detailed functional requirements
- Perform root cause analysis and propose sustainable improvements
- Document requirements in BRDs and/or Jira user stories to support delivery teams
- Influence and negotiate project scope, including impact assessment of change requests
- Work closely with delivery and production support teams to ensure solutions are well understood and effectively supported

- Navigating a distributed delivery model across multiple locations (e.g. Poland, UK, France, India)
