Business Data Analyst, REMOTE WROCŁAW
You might be the perfect match if you are/have:
Business Analysis experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst;
- Proven experience working in complex, integrated environments involving multiple systems and stakeholder
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, techniques, and best practices;
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements;
- Experience with process modelling, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement;
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban);
- Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence;
- Solid knowledge of UML and BPMN modelling techniques.
Data & Analytics background:
- Experience working with data-related solutions and end-to-end data processes
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, data lifecycle management, and reporting environments;
Practical experience with:
- Power BI (advanced level)
- Snowflake
- SQL and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- VBA
- Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or business intelligence initiative
Regulatory & domain knowledge:
- Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, compliance, governance, healthcare, life sciences, finance, etc.);
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to data management, auditability, and traceability;
- Ability to operate within environments requiring strong documentation, governance, and quality standards.
Additionally, we appreciate:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences organizations;
- Understanding of clinical trial planning, execution, and analysis processes;
- Experience with consent management, data privacy, or GDPR-related initiatives;
- Familiarity with User-Centred Design, Design Thinking, UX/UI concepts, or business process design;
- Basic Python knowledge;
- Technical or business-related degree.
