Configuration manager
Requirements:
- Experience: Hands-on experience in Configuration Management within highly complex projects, preferably in the railway, automotive, or aerospace industries.
- CM and ALM Tools: Proficient knowledge of version control systems, configuration management tools, and ALM/PLM platforms (e.g., Git, IBM DOORS, Polarion, CodeBeamer, Jira).
- Software Build Tools: Advanced knowledge of CMake and JFrog.
- Processes and Standards: Solid understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes, as well as configuration management standards for safety-critical systems (e.g., CENELEC, ISO 26262, ASPICE).
- Analytical Competencies: High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to enforce procedures, and strong communication skills.
- English Language: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Experience in building and integrating software build environments (e.g., Yocto Project) and in automating release management processes.
- Professional certifications in Configuration Management, such as CMII (Configuration Management II) or equivalent.
