What you need to have to succeed in this role- Hands-on coding experience in at least one modern programming language, preferably Java or Python – required
- Strong understanding of secure software development practices and the ability to review, advise, and contribute to code where necessary.
- Proven experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a solid understanding of cloud security concepts.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes, containers, and microservices security, including deployment, configuration, and security workloads.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and practices, including secure architecture, risk management, and control design.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
