Data Analysis, KRAKÓW
- Strong programming skills: Python, T-SQL, and deep understanding of data lifecycle management
- Expertise in BI and reporting tools (Looker, Qlik Sense, Data Studio) and familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud)
- Experience creating conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Knowledge of ETL processes, API integration, and governance tools
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global team environment
Leadership & Teamwork
- Leads delivery of complex data engineering solutions, ensuring adherence to HSBC architecture and security standards
- Provides technical guidance to peers and actively shares knowledge
- Collaborates with data architects, analytical engineers, model developers, and governance managers to enhance data ecosystem

The Data & Reporting Developer contributes strategy of Protect, Connect, and Unlock by delivering high-quality data technology solutions that unlock value across the organization. This role is primarily aligned with the Unlock pillar, enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced technology platforms, automation, and integration.
Key responsibilities include developing, optimizing, and deploying data solutions, building dashboards, and ensuring compliance with data standards and governance, while collaborating with architects, analysts, and engineering teams globally.
