Senior Business Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, ideally with a background in Data Analytics or Data Platforms, to lead initiatives that enhance the firm’s data ingestion, data products, data quality processes, and integration with key platforms such as Google Cloud and Hadoop. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with data engineers and business users to translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions.

About you:

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with both business and technical audiences at all levels of seniority
• Experience as a Business Analyst on change initiatives involving multiple internal and external parties
• Experience leading brainstorming sessions, process mapping, workshops and Agile story mapping
• Experience in software delivery projects, ideally in Data or Data Analysis area
• Understanding of data and the data lifecycle
• Experience working in an Agile tech delivery team
• Experience of working with Databases, SQL, GCP BQ
