Data & Analytics Manager

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance (ideally asset management), including significant experience in operational roles (Data, IT, front, middle or back office).
• Thorough understanding of operational processes and the usage of major data users (portfolio management, middle office, risk, quant, compliance, financial controllers).
• Hands-on application experience with Aladdin or Adjuto.
• Autonomous approach to analyzing and solving complex requests from end-users (working beyond Standard Operating Procedures).
• Ability to understand data in-flows and out-flows, technical architecture, and business transformations applied to data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to liaise with multiple internal and external parties.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform control checks, investigate discrepancies, and escalate appropriately.
• Proactive attitude when identifying operational risks and taking necessary initiatives for risk mitigation.
• Very rigorous approach and strong organizational and interpersonal competencies.

About the Project

The Data & Analytics Management team oversees the collection, administration, and control of critical data supporting various business lines within a global leading financial institution. As part of this department, the Analytics Integrity team ensures the quality and support of position, transaction, and computed data across major systems. The team operates globally, working closely with the Data Referential and Governance divisions to provide seamless data integrity for liquid, derivative, and alternative investment assets. The successful candidate will be an experienced manager driving process improvements with a collaborative management style and the ability to create a positive team environment.
