- In-depth knowledge of Azure tools (ADF, Synapse, Databricks) and data warehouse architecture.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale data engineering projects.

- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Ownership and proactive, client-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and Polish, with excellent communication skills.
