Data Scientist ML Engineer AdTech experience

To succeed in these projects, you need:

• Commercial experience at the Middle+ level or higher
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) at the B2+ level
• Experience in AdTech / RTB / DSP
• Experience optimizing CTR and other performance metrics based on data analysis
• Experience in modeling, conducting experiments, and analyzing metrics
• Strong knowledge of Python and modern ML stacks
• Skills in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business results
• Experience making data-driven decisions
• Willingness to take ownership of experiments and optimization initiatives
• Ability to take ownership of achieving performance targets
• Ability to independently manage tasks and take responsibility for their outcomes
