DevSecOps Ambassador, WROCLAW
Requirements:
- Experience in Azure Cloud platform including Azure CEP, certificate is a plus
- Experience and knowledge around vulnerability management and security automation (SAST, SCA, DAST, container vulnerability)
- Knowledge and hands on experience on monitoring, measuring operational effectiveness
- Hands on experience in code repository/ CI&CD including Github Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Gitlab and other
- Experience with OS security involving Active Directory, Windows networking, Group policies, DNS, PKI and Certificates
- Has familiarity with Linux, Database and Application server’s administration in production environment
- Experience in scripting languages like Powershell, Bash
- An Ops background, knowledge of code quality and security tools, and familiarity with network configuration are valuable assets and are nice to have for this position

Location: Wrocław, 2 days a week from the office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Core working hours 9AM-2AM
Security:
A practical, hands-on understanding of security is expected, including experience with tools such as SAST and DAST. While hands-on capability is important, there is also room for further development in this area with support from the team.
Technology and environment:
The primary cloud environment is Azure. The role involves working with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code solutions (e.g., Terraform). The team promotes continuous learning and knowledge sharing across technologies.
Team and collaboration:
The DevOps team consists of approximately 8 engineers and operates in an international setup (Poland, India, Sweden, Germany). Collaboration is a key aspect of the role, with strong emphasis on communication and mutual support. The team also participates in local and global initiatives such as events and internal presentations.
Organization and context
The team is part of a larger DevOps department consisting of around 9–14 teams. One of their key responsibilities is supporting other teams in their DevOps transformation journey, often through direct collaboration and consultation.
