• Minimum Manager-level experience in DevSecOps, Security Engineering, or Platform Engineering environments
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps architecture and governance models (beyond tooling/automation only)
• Proven experience in multi-vendor and enterprise-scale environments
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as:
  • GitLab (Dedicated / Self-managed environments)
  • Bitrise (mobile CI/CD)
  • Invicti (DAST)
  • Fortify (SAST / application security)
• Experience working with distributed teams and vendor management structures
• Ability to combine technical depth with strong stakeholder and delivery management skills
• Excellent coordination, communication, and escalation handling capabilities

• Availability for frequent travel to the Middle East (minimum 50% on-site presence)
• Start availability: ASAP (targeting July start)
• Engagement duration: 6 months initial contract
