Domain Enterprise Architect
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in an IT-related domain) or equivalent with 10-15 years of experience.
- You should be knowledgeable in the Software Development Lifecycle and ideally have come from an IT development background.
- Experience in a large organization as an Enterprise Architect or Domain Architect serving a complex IT landscape.
- Experience working in complex, multi-country or multi-business environments.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic architectural intent with practical delivery needs.
- Track record of influencing stakeholders and driving architectural decisions.
Preferred Qualifications (Including Certifications)
Experience & Skills
- Experience developing domain strategies and multi-year architectural roadmaps.
- Exposure to legacy modernization, platform consolidation, or large-scale transformation programmes.
- Experience establishing architecture governance processes and leading governance forums.
- Experience creating and maintaining capability models and process models.
- Familiarity with Target Operating Model design and organizational change management.
Certifications (Nice to Have)
- TOGAF® Certification (Foundation or Certified).
- ArchiMate® Certification.
- SAFe® certifications.
- Cloud architecture certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP Architect).
Skills:

Team description:
You will be part of the Enterprise Architecture Pan-E team which currently serves as a cross-functional team across European entities providing services like Business Strategy Support, Programme & Project Support, Standards Management & Integration Strategy and Platform.
Role summary:
As a Domain Enterprise Architect, you will map and own the overall domain capabilities, support & guide the business and IT teams to design and develop new business models and IT systems ensuring they meet the standards & frameworks defined. You will be responsible for translating the needs of business into fit-for-purpose solutions and setting up the architectural roadmap of the domain in perfect alignment with the strategy and architecture defined to modernize and digitize business needs.

- Location: Wrocław, Plac Konstytucji 3 Maja 3
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Working Pattern: Hybrid — 2 to 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility for travel to Head Office in Brussels
- Language Requirements: Professional proficiency in English is essential.
