Domain Solution Architect, WROCŁAW

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience (typically 7-10 years) in IT, with proven experience in Solution Architecture roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, integration patterns, and solution design.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-country or multi-business environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic architectural intent with pragmatic delivery needs.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Including Certifications)

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience working closely with Enterprise Architects and contributing to domain or enterprise roadmaps.
  • Exposure to legacy modernization, platform consolidation, or large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Experience with cloud-based architectures, integration platforms, and data-centric solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and product-centric delivery models.
  • Experience coordinating architecture across multiple vendors or delivery partners.

Certifications (Nice to Have):

  • TOGAF® Certification (Foundation or Certified)
  • Cloud architecture certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
  • Integration, API, or middleware-related certifications
  • Agile or SAFe® certifications

Team description:

You will be part of the Enterprise Architecture Pan-E team which currently serves as a cross-functional team across European entities providing services like Business Strategy Support, Programme & Project Support, Standards Management & Integration Strategy and Platform.

Role summary:

The role works very closely with the Domain Enterprise Architect, translating domain-level target architectures and strategic direction into practical, coherent solution designs for programmes and projects. The Domain Solution Architect provides hands-on architectural leadership to all Solution Architects delivering initiatives within the domain, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, integration strategy, and long-term architectural goals while enabling timely and effective project delivery.

  • Location: Wrocław, Plac Konstytucji 3 Maja 3
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid — 2 to 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility for travel to Head Office in Brussels
