ETL Engineering Delivery Lead
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years in Data Engineering roles with proven Lead responsibilities.
- Strong experience with Banking/Financial Services Data environments.
- Demonstrated success as Software Delivery Lead in complex data-driven transformations.
- Practical experience in translating high-level business needs into target ETL technical designs, mappings, and process documentation.
- Expertise in ETL tools: IBM Datastage, Informatica, Talend.
- Knowledge in GCP, Oracle, Python, Spark, Shell scripting.
- Proven ability to manage data integration and migration projects involving data warehouses.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, lineage, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and risk-control mindset.
Additional Nice-to-Haves
- Experience establishing ETL templates and design standards.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration for ETL deployments.

This role combines technical leadership, agile delivery management, and hands-on expertise in ETL design principles, data governance, and process automation, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant solutions.
