Finance recruiter, KRAKÓW

Verita HR Verita Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number. We are looking for an experienced Finance Recruiter to join our growing team in Kraków!

If you have 3-5 years of recruitment experience and enjoy identifying and engaging top Finance & Accounting talent, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Finance & Accounting positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide recruitment expertise.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and direct search.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What we're looking for:

✔ 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within Finance, Accounting, Banking, or SSC/BPO.

✔ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

✔ Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Fluent English (B2/C1 or higher).

✔ Experience working with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
