- 3+ years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, or related roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and/or enterprise performance management
- Proven experience in finance or GBS transformation initiatives
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering complex transformation projects
- Background in shared services or GBS environments is an advantage
- Ability to structure complex business challenges and develop practical solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives ๐ค
- Degree in finance, economics, business, or information systems ๐
- Language knowledge
