Finance Transformation Senior Consultant Manager Poland
- 5-8+ years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, or related roles (position level would depend on the seniority of the candidate)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and/or enterprise performance management
- Proven experience in finance technology, automation, or digital finance transformation initiatives
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering complex transformation projects
- Background in shared services or GBS environments is an advantage
- Ability to structure complex business challenges and develop practical solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives ๐ค
- Degree in finance, economics, business, or information systems ๐
- Language knowledge
- Polish (fluent)
- English (fluent)

- Experience with SAP (FI/CO) or SAP S/4HANA finance transformation projects
- Knowledge of platforms such as BlackLine, HighRadius, ServiceNow, Anaplan, Alteryx, or Blue Prism
- Experience leading automation, process mining, RPA, or digital finance initiatives
- Exposure to data analytics or finance performance management tools ๐
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, or equivalent
