Skills & Experience

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable discipline.
  • Approximately 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting.
  • Solid knowledge of core financial statements, including the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Practical experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including tools such as Pivot Tables, lookup functions, Power Query, and Power Automate.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, combined with a structured approach to problem solving.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to organise work effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ERP environments, particularly Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems.
  • Professional finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CFA, either completed or currently in progress.
  • Previous experience working across international or multicultural organisations.
  • Exposure to finance transformation, digitalisation, or process optimisation projects.

We are looking for a Financial Analyst / Financial Controller who will play an important role in supporting the company’s financial operations, reporting, planning, and decision-making processes. The position combines analytical responsibilities with day-to-day cooperation with accounting, employees, and business stakeholders.
