As a Hebrew Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while representing a leading international company.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer requests.
• Handle customer issues professionally while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while following company procedures.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Hebrew (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• EU Passport, valid Portuguese Residence Card, or valid Portuguese Work Permit.
