  • Undergraduate degree (degree in business analytics, statistics, math, or computer science is preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role (experience in People/HR analytics is a significant advantage).
  • Strong technical skills: PowerApps (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate), Advanced Excel, and Advanced PowerPoint.
  • Superb analytical skills with hands-on experience in cleaning, manipulating, and combining large datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to derive strategic recommendations from data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with HCM software, specifically Workday (ADP and SAP are also highly preferred).
  • Technical proficiency in Alteryx and Python.
  • Familiarity with AI tools supporting daily work (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
