People Analytics Specialist Data & Strategy

• Analytical Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in an analytical role (e.g., Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, HR Analytics).
• Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Excel is essential. Strong preference for candidates with experience in Alteryx, Tableau, or Power Automate.
• Education: University degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science).
• Communication Skills: Proven ability to "translate" complex data findings into business-friendly insights for non-technical stakeholders (including Senior Partners).
• Integrity: Absolute discretion and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
• Language: Fluency in English (daily cooperation with international teams).
