About You


You are structured, curious, and comfortable working
with both data and people. You have a methodical approach to problem-solving,
and you are able to manage detailed operational work while keeping sight of the
broader business outcome.


We imagine that you bring:



  • Experience in HR data
    management, HRIS, data operations, or data migration, including hands-on
    experience with data loads and the extraction, cleansing, transformation,
    mapping, validation, and reconciliation of complex datasets.
  • Experience in HRIS system such as Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors

  • Strong SQL and advanced Excel
    skills, combined with experience using data-quality, data-transformation, or
    similar tools.

  • Experience working with
    sensitive employee data in a controlled environment, with a strong
    understanding of data quality, data governance, and data-management principles.

  • The ability to analyse data
    issues, identify root causes, communicate solutions clearly, and document
    technical processes, mapping logic, controls, and operating procedures.

  • The ability to work
    effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, supported by strong
    written and verbal communication skills in English.

We are looking for an HR Data & Analytics
Specialist
to join our Global People & Culture Operations team and
support the implementation and ongoing operation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
across 25 countries
.


In this role, you will lead and coordinate activities
that ensure our employee data is accurate, complete, well-structured, secure,
and fit for use. You will play a central role in data migration, data quality,
governance, validation, and ongoing data-load processes.


In collaboration with your colleagues in Global
P&C Operations, you will partner closely with P&C colleagues in our
Regions. Together, you will help establish a reliable and sustainable
people-data capability for Falck.

,[Lead and coordinate data migration activities for the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation and country rollouts, including data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover, production loads, and post-go-live stabilisation., Prepare and execute recurring, test, mock-conversion, cutover, and production data loads, ensuring activities meet agreed timelines, acceptance criteria, and data-quality thresholds. , Establish and monitor data-quality checks across core P&C data, covering completeness, consistency, accuracy, timeliness, validation rules, exception handling, reconciliation, and control evidence., Define and maintain data standards, taxonomies, data dictionaries, field-level definitions, transformation logic, and data-quality procedures ensuring that our documentation is clear and audit-ready., Support data ownership, stewardship, escalation, and governance processes while balancing global standards with legal local country requirements and ensuring variations are documented and controlled., Produce status updates, issue logs, risk assessments, and escalation summaries, and support knowledge transfer to P&C Operations and country HR teams to ensure consistent and sustainable data operations.] Requirements: Oracle, Cloud, Data migration, C, Testing, SQL, Excel, Communication skills, Team work
