HR Operations Specialist, WROCŁAW




  • Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in HR operations, payroll support, or statutory administration in Poland.

  • Knowledge of Polish labor law and compliance-driven HR processes.

  • Familiarity with Płatnik system, ePUE platform, social security and tax reporting.

  • Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle documentation and physical HR file management.

  • Advantage: experience with Workday or global payroll providers (ADP or similar).

  • Fluent Polish and good working knowledge of English.

  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage manual compliance-critical tasks.

As HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering locally mandated HR and payroll-related administrative services in Poland.

You’ll ensure full compliance with Polish labor law, social security, tax, and statutory requirements through accurate and timely execution of country-specific processes. This role serves as a vital interface between HR Services, Payroll, statutory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
