HRIS Analyst Time & Attendance Workforce Management, WARSZAWA

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Time & Attendance solutions, particularly WorkForce Software.
• Practical knowledge of HR processes and HR systems.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with additional HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
