  • Strong administrative knowledge and hands-on experience with containerization and Kubernetes in production.

  • Engineering mindset for automation development, APIs, pipelines.

  • Core skills: Linux OS, Containers, Kubernetes ecosystem (Istio, Cilium, CSI).

  • Scripting skills (Bash) and programming (Python or Golang).

  • Familiarity with orchestration tools (Jenkins, Ansible) and observability platforms (Splunk, Datadog).

  • Experience in infrastructure lifecycle management and SDLC (GitHub).

  • Awareness of ITIL processes.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach.

  • Proficiency in English for global communication.


Nice to have


  • Experience with HTTP protocols, storage (SAN/NAS), large-scale Kubernetes environments, VMware vSphere.

We are looking for an Internal Kubernetes Platform (IKP) Engineering Team Lead to join our client’s Private Cloud division, which powers internal cloud platforms supporting secure, efficient operations for internal customers worldwide.

 

As a Team Lead, you will oversee a local engineering team while working closely with global teams. Your focus will be on designing, automating, and managing containerization platforms at enterprise scale.
