• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, project coordination or executive support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Ability to turn complex information into clear summaries and recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Polish and English
• Experience working with senior stakeholders will be an advantage
