Required:

• You are fluent and entirely comfortable communicating in English, both in writing and during calls.
• You navigate digital tools, software, and everyday technology with ease and confidence.
• You are proactive, you don't wait for instructions, but take the initiative to optimize processes and keep the candidate pipeline moving quickly.
• You are very detailed in your work, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates, perfectly formatted documents, and leaving no loose ends.
• You are highly self-disciplined, manage your own time effectively and stay focused on your goals without micromanagement.
• You are quick to connect the dots, eager to learn, and capable of finding creative solutions independently.

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience in IT recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms or recruitment CRMs.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts.
