As a candidate for an IT Sales Specialist, you should meet the following criteria:

• Required: experience in the IT industry selling software development services or IT outsourcing services.
• Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and building relationships with potential clients.
• Experience supporting or conducting sales processes from initial contact to closing deals.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social selling activities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to explore new approaches to acquiring clients.
• Ability to understand technology concepts well enough to communicate business value to clients.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
