IT Security Support Engineer

・2+ years of experience in Network Security, Systems Administration, or technical support
・2+ years of customer-facing support experience
・Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID
・Experience with cloud platforms, networking, and hybrid environments
・Knowledge of endpoint security and antivirus solutions
