Junior IT Business Analyst

• university degree in Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field,
• fluent command of English, both written and spoken,
• previous internship or experience in business analysis, software testing, or IT support,
• strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into clear requirements,
• strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work,
• willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and business domains,
• ability to organize work effectively and manage multiple priorities,
• advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams,
• practical experience using AI-powered tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar solutions) to improve productivity, research, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving.

Nice to have:

• experience with process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io) and notations (e.g. BPMN),
• familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• basic knowledge of SQL,
• experience working with data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI),
• understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC),
• interest in UX/UI and user-centered design.
