Business Analyst EU Public
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of project experience relevant to the profile or in a similar role
- Higher vocational education (minimum Bachelor's degree)
- Holds at least one of the following certifications:
** Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA) or equivalent or equivalent
or
** Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or equivalent
or
** BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent
- Has completed at least one full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation
- Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and user story definition
- Knowledge of analysis and modelling notations such as UML (e.g., capability diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams, logical data models)
- Proficiency in modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or equivalent
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
Specific requirements (must have):
- Had role of the BA for a large-scale project (above 1 year duration and over €1M budget) of deployment enterprise resource planning system
- Experienced in analysis of the following business processes: Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, Financial Management, Legal, HR, Project Management
- Experienced in business (and optionally system) analysis considering capabilities of the Service Now platform (custom/scoped applications and standard Service Now modules): ITSM (Hardware Asset Management, CMDB), SecOps, Customer Service Management, Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Porfolio Management (in on-prem and clould set-up).
- Possess at least one valid ServiceNow certificate: Certified System Adminitstrator, Citizen Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or other relevant issued by ServiceNow.
About the role
The project is delivered for Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, as part of its Enterprise Software Platforms Portfolio, supporting the automation of business processes and improving communication and collaboration through applications, tools, Intranet and Extranet solutions based mainly on SharePoint and ServiceNow. The portfolio supports various Frontex divisions, including HR, Legal, ETIAS, Equipment, Logistics and Operations, with multiple projects and products being continuously developed and implemented in a growing and demanding environment.
Work Model: Hybrid (5 days per month from the office in Warsaw)
