Junior/Mid Penetration Testing Coordinator, REMOTE
The role is suitable for candidates with experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Security Coordination, or Technology Project Delivery.
The successful candidate:

Technical Knowledge
The candidate should have a basic understanding of:
- Web applications and their main components.
- Application hosting models, including cloud-hosted environments.
- Application architecture and dependencies, including databases and infrastructure components.
- Infrastructure and application migration concepts.
- Security testing and vulnerability management processes.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience coordinating penetration testing projects.
- Experience with web application migration projects.
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Management processes and vulnerability lifecycle:
- automated scanning,
- vulnerability identification,
- risk assessment,
- remediation tracking.
- Familiarity with security tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tanium Comply, or Nessus.
- Understanding of cloud technologies, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), databases, and web services.
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
- Project Management certification or training (Agile, PRINCE2, or similar).
We are looking for a Penetration Testing Coordinator to support and coordinate Security Penetration Testing activities across a large-scale technology environment.
The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and tracking penetration testing activities, ensuring effective collaboration between Cyber Security teams, Technology teams, business stakeholders, and third-party providers.
The ideal candidate does not need to be a penetration testing expert but should understand the fundamentals of web applications, infrastructure, vulnerability management, and security testing processes. Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills are key for success in this role.
