Lead Fullstack Engineer Typescript/Node.js with German, REMOTE WROCŁAW
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and Node.js (key requirement)
- Experience designing and developing scalable backend services and microservices
- Fluent German (C1/C2) – mandatory, with the ability to communicate confidently with business stakeholders and clients
- Experience working directly with clients, including requirements gathering, solution discussions, and ongoing collaboration
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-based environments
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design for scalable, high-performance systems
- Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience designing and developing REST and/or gRPC APIs
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive solutions from concept to delivery
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of English
Nice to have
- Experience with Golang
- Experience with Python (especially in ETL processes)
- Familiarity with NestJS framework
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS)
- Exposure to Angular or Svelte frontend technologies
- Knowledge of the energy or electric energy industry domain
- Experience working within highly agile environments
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work
