Requirements (Must-Have):

Networking Fundamentals: Good practical knowledge of TCP/IP, network devices, and virtualization technologies.
Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex technical problems using concise, easy-to-understand written text.
Language: Minimum B2 English proficiency. Daily written communication and bug reporting in cards are strictly in English.
Mindset: Critical thinking, good attention to detail, and the patience required to thoroughly diagnose issues.

Nice-to-Have (Big Plus):

Hands-on Background: Prior experience as a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or IT Support Specialist.
Educational Experience: Past experience as an IT educator, technical trainer, or IT product presenter.
