Mid Radio Frequency RF Antenna Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of RF and antenna fundamentals
• Good understanding of electromagnetic waves and propagation
• Knowledge of analog and high-speed digital electronics
• Practical understanding of transmission lines and impedance matching
• Familiarity with the Smith chart
• Hands-on experience with a full-3D EM simulation tool such as HFSS, CST, openEMS, EMerge, or similar
• Practical experience with a VNA and/or spectrum analyzer
• Ability to interpret RF measurement results and draw practical conclusions
• Basic understanding of PCB RF layout, grounding, vias, and component placement
• Good communication skills and B2+ level of English

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with antenna tuning and matching networks
• Experience with EMC troubleshooting and near-field probes
• Experience with radiated or conducted pre-compliance measurements
• Experience with FCC / ETSI requirements
• Experience with Altium, KiCad, or similar PCB CAD tools
• Knowledge of PCB materials and manufacturing tolerances
• Programming or scripting skills in Python, MATLAB, C, or similar

We are looking for a Mid-level RF / Antenna Engineer who is ready to take ownership of RF-related tasks and grow through hands-on work across antenna design, RF measurements, simulation, tuning, and troubleshooting.

You will work alongside experienced RF engineers on a wide range of client projects. The hardware is never the same twice, and the answer usually comes from combining simulation, measurement, and good engineering judgment.

LOCATION: POLAND - Flexibility to work either from our Krakow/ Wroclaw offices or from a home office – the choice is up to you!
