Middle Process Simulation Engineer

  • 3+ years of experience developing simulation models using discrete event simulation platforms such as AnyLogic or FlexSim
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with simulation development in Python using libraries such as SimPy, PySim, Simulus, MESA, or AgentPy
  • Experience designing simulation experiments, what-if analyses, and optimization scenarios
  • Practical knowledge of mathematical optimization tools such as cuOpt, Gurobi, or CPLEX
  • Understanding of Digital Twins, Industrial Metaverse concepts, and simulation-driven decision support
  • Experience integrating simulation models with operational or real-time data sources
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
In this role, you will contribute to designing and developing simulation solutions that help optimize industrial processes and operational performance.
