One Identity Manager Support Engineer IAM Specialist
- 6-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (v8.x preferred)
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, SoD, Active Directory, LDAP and access governance
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and access governance principles
- Proficiency in SQL Server and PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Experience with ServiceNow, Splunk or other monitoring and logging tools
- Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native IAM solutions (Azure, AWS)
- Experience in financial or regulated environments is advantageous
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders

Position Overview
As a One Identity Manager Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and supporting the organisation's 1IM platform. You'll be responsible for ensuring the platform operates smoothly, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and acting as the technical escalation point for incidents related to identity and access management. This position requires hands-on technical expertise combined with strong analytical skills to support user lifecycle management, role-based access control, and compliance reporting across the organisation.
